We are seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Specialist to support our ERP project and business-as-usual needs.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a curious nature, and a big-picture mindset. Your days will include:

  • Providing technical support for organisational systems, including MS Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM, Field Services), HR (Dayforce), Rostering, Operational and Clinical systems
  • Configuring and customising Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules using configurations, workflows, and basic customisation tools to meet evolving business needs
  • Providing technical support and expertise for issue resolution, including complex and escalated problems
  • Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and providing end-user support and training
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical expertise to drive solutions and resolve issues

To succeed in this role, you'll require:

  • Degree qualified in a relevant Information Technology discipline
  • 3-5 years' demonstrated experience in supporting and maintaining organisational systems
  • Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques
  • Experience building solutions using MS D365 best practices and deploying D365 solutions to higher environments
  • Demonstrated experience configuring and customising MS D365 environments and Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Experience in building and maintaining databases for query and problem tracking
  • Working knowledge of ITIL framework
  • Experience in developing and interpreting technical documentation for training and end-user procedures
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Broad knowledge of programming languages and techniques
  • Knowledge of the aged care, health, or related sector - desirable
