AI Transformation Specialist

The National TAFE Account Executive role places you at the heart of this change, empowering you to help shape how education equips the next generation for a world that will look radically different from today.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with C-level executives and lead executive-level business planning discussions to drive AI transformation in partnership with customers.
  • Leverage large, multi-functional teams across the breadth of the Microsoft solutions portfolio to bring industry-relevant solutions to help customers adopt and embrace AI technologies.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver value across the customer lifecycle and build deep trust with customers.
  • Develop and oversee the execution of account plans to ensure Microsoft revenue targets and customer outcomes are met.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development in a customer-facing role within the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategic account plans that meet revenue goals and deliver measurable customer outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders across both internal teams and external customers.
  • Experience orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver value across the customer lifecycle.
