Civil Construction Surveillance Officer

At our partner Council in Melbourne's West, we are currently recruiting an experienced Civil Construction Surveillance Officer for a contract opportunity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction of civil infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with OH&S policies and reviewing construction plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising the construction of subdivision and infrastructure projects
  • Liaison with contractors and clients
  • Reviewing construction plans
  • Sites inspections & surveillance of works
  • Ensuring adherence to OH&S policies

Applicants should possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant experience/qualifications, with a solid understanding of construction issues and the ability to read and review construction drawings and plans.

A professional White or Red Induction Card is also required.
