This is an exceptional chance for a seasoned senior human resources professional to lead strategic HR initiatives and foster a high-performance culture.

As Director of People and Culture, you will oversee a highly committed team, driving expert advice on complex people management issues and developing innovative workforce solutions to support the economy.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership and operational management to teams delivering diverse human resources services.
  • Offering expert guidance on complex organizational challenges.
  • Contributing to the strategic direction, partnerships, and service delivery models for the People and Culture division.
  • BUILDING and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advance workforce initiatives.
  • Leading the development and implementation of a Strategic Workforce Plan.
  • Championing a performance-driven culture, using a coaching approach to develop team capabilities and enhance client-focused services.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • A proven ability to lead teams delivering diverse human resources services, with strong prioritisation, collaboration, and resource-sharing skills.
  • Demonstrated depth and breadth of experience in human resource management, including strategic initiatives and complex advisory services.
  • Strong engagement skills with executive leaders and stakeholders to drive organisation-wide initiatives, negotiate strategic outcomes, and resolve sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
