Role Summary:

About the Role:

  • This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work sensitively with grieving families.
  • The coordinator will manage payments, accounts, and related correspondence, as well as liaise with external suppliers.
  • Demonstrating sensitivity when identifying client needs and preferences is essential in this role.
  • Maintaining knowledge of products and services offered is crucial to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • The coordinator will complete documentation accurately and on time, and clearly explain costs and payment terms to clients.
Your Background:
  • A background in a customer-focused organisation is essential for this role.
  • Proficient keyboarding and computing skills are necessary for the efficient management of administrative tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are critical in this role, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Status as Justice of the Peace or eligibility for certification is desirable but not required.
  • An unrestricted driver's license is also an advantage.
