Assistant Valuer role in Brisbane offering detailed valuation experience and mentorship within a leading Valuation and Advisory team.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing quality and timely valuation reports under supervision
  • Attending client and industry functions to interact with clients and gain market and business knowledge
  • Assisting in the preparation of quotations for valuations
  • Updating databases for valuation purposes
About You

What you'll need:

  • Currently enrolled in tertiary qualifications enabling membership to API
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and work to deadlines
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to add value to the team
  • Computer literacy, particularly with MS Excel and MS Word
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels of the business
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Driver's licence
