Your new opportunity:

This role has responsibility for providing Middle Markets Valuation Services (Office, Industrial & Retail assets > $7.5M) in a manner which is positively, pro-actively and successfully pursues core values, culture, staff development plans, income diversity, maintains and grows current client base, and delivers outcomes aligned to the approved business plan.

In addition, you will be responsible for:

- Provide reports to the Head of Department- Middle Markets, National Director Specialist Real Estate and other key stakeholders as required.
- Conduct a strong internal service culture within your Business Unit, ensuring a service delivery approach that is responsive to the operational and strategic needs of the organisation.
- Develop a positive and productive relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the risk mitigation plan for the team through best practice systems, processes and frameworks.
- Support change management initiatives throughout the Business Unit to ensure the organisation continues to grow and evolve with a highly skilled, willing and adaptable workforce.

About you:

- Minimum of 5 years as a Certified Practicing Valuer (Essential)
- Panel valuer or similar industry experience (demonstrated)
- Post-Graduate Qualification (Desirable)
- Associate of the Australian Property Institute
