As the Activation GTM Leader for AI Business Process in Asia, you will oversee Activation GTM Managers accelerating revenue growth, enhancing field agility, and delivering results with our field sellers by deepening partnerships across the region. You will focus on driving alignment across processes and tools, leading with a cross-solution approach to optimize pipelines, ensuring effective communication and flawless execution, and leveraging insights to drive data-driven decision-making.

This role demands a strategic thinker who can inspire teams, drive alignment across diverse functions, and champion success through innovation and decisive action. As a leader, you will guide the team in tracking success criteria and performance metrics, leveraging emergent technologies, simplifying complex concepts, and removing roadblocks to achieve impactful results.

Key Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related fields.
  • Experience managing and expanding product portfolios and driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within complex organizations.
