About the Role

This diverse role will see you assist and supervise branch operations, driving sales across multiple product ranges. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to develop relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and growth.
  • Branch Operations: Supervise day-to-day branch operations, including team management, stock control, and merchandising.
  • Product Pricing and Trading Margins: Monitor and maintain product pricing and trading margins to ensure optimal profitability.
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of employees to ensure efficient and effective branch operations.
Requirements:
