About the Role

We are seeking an experienced InWork Support Coach to join our team in Armadale. As an InWork Support Coach, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients to maintain sustainable and ongoing employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all placed clients are supported and contacted on a regular basis.
  • Identify areas where alternative or additional training is required and facilitate this support where appropriate.
  • Track all placements and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Provide on-the-job support to participants and employers to ensure participants maintain sustainable and ongoing employment.
  • Liaise with employers, clients, and other team members to assist clients to maintain their employment.
  • Assist with management of claims.
  • Escalate risks or concerns through appropriate channels.
  • Ensure our clients, employers, and stakeholders receive exceptional service at every stage of the process.
Requirements
  • Minimum two years' experience in customer service or a client-facing role with a solid work history.
  • Demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges.
  • Happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders.
  • Confident working to KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers.
  • An overall desire to be part of our broader atWork Australia family, with a true belief in our purpose: to connect people and business, so both can thrive.
  • Hold a current Driver's Licence.
