About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced InWork Support Coach to join our team at atWork Australia. As an InWork Support Coach, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients to achieve sustainable and lasting employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide regular support to clients who have secured employment, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to maintain their job.
  • Employer Engagement: Work closely with employers to understand their needs and provide support to ensure long-term sustainable employment for our clients.
  • Training and Development: Identify areas where additional training is required and facilitate support to help clients develop the skills they need to succeed in their roles.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client placements and progress.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong work history.
  • Attributes: Demonstrated experience of working with people who are overcoming challenges, happy and confident liaising with multiple stakeholders, and confident working to KPIs.
  • Qualifications: Hold a current Driver's Licence.
