Job Opportunity: Digital Product Lead

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Digital Product Lead to take charge of discovering and defining new products, driving the full development lifecycle with remote teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver in-depth knowledge, analysis, documentation, and expertise to internal and external stakeholders regarding product strategies.
  • Manage roadmaps for teams, ensuring continuous delivery of products while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Define high-level requirements for business analysts and product owners to understand business objectives.
  • Mentor and educate business analysts and product owners on product and domain knowledge to achieve optimal results.
  • Implement best practices within agile environments, focusing on customer-centricity and innovation.
  • Analyse market trends to ensure long-term success of products.

About You:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a digital Business Analyst or Product Owner role is essential.
  • You should be able to balance multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • A passion for product and technology, coupled with a customer-focused approach, is necessary.
  • Experience facilitating strategic decisions to drive prioritisation of product backlogs is required.
  • A keen eye for detail is essential.
  • Elaborating high-level requirements into detailed user stories is a key skill.
  • A strong interest in racing and/or sports can be beneficial.
  • Experience working in start-ups, the wagering industry, or heavily regulated environments can be advantageous.
  • Using data to drive product direction, ideally through Google Analytics or similar tools, is highly desirable.
