About the Role

This role will focus on delivering outcomes for clients and building the capability of the BDO team in Strategy & Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the delivery of exceptional client outcomes as part of a BDO team delivering transformations from design through to planning and implementation
  • Facilitating sessions with leaders to create space for difficult conversations and achieve alignment on key areas of proposed models (e.g. vision, people, process, technology)
  • Leading the scoping of client needs, work planning and development of proposals, supported by the BDO team and capabilities
  • Bringing different thinking and innovative ideas to solve client challenges (e.g. user centred design)
  • Driving our growth through developing and building on BDO products and tools in transformation
  • Bringing together SMEs across people, process, and technology to deliver on detailed design needs and client objectives
  • Managing projects from inception to close following a structured approach and best practice project management principles

About You

This role will require extensive experience in a consulting environment with a specific background in aligning leaders to a clear vision, setting strategy, planning, designing and implementing transformations and delivering change.

  • Drive, proactivity and enthusiasm to deliver exceptional client outcomes and build trusting relationships
  • An interest and ability to create and enhance frameworks, methods, and toolkits to support delivery of client engagements
  • Ability to mentor and support others and commitment to building capability within the BDO Team and clients
  • Confidence and maturity to work with and facilitate consultations/sessions/discussions with senior leaders and Executives to achieve an outcome
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent grasp of MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Enjoys working within a team environment and learning from others
  • A high level of professional autonomy
