About the Position
We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Wholesale Supply & Account Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Wholesale Operations Manager to enhance the growth and reach of our wholesale division. Your responsibilities will include executing vital tasks, communicating with suppliers, and fostering strong relationships with both international and external partners. This role is essential to our global success story.
Key Responsibilities
As the Wholesale Supply and Account Coordinator, your duties will encompass a variety of engaging tasks:
- Confirm wholesale orders with suppliers, notifying the Wholesale team of any modifications.
- Ensure the accuracy of orders, maintaining alignment between the system and customer orders.
- Prepare necessary information for packing lists and invoices.
- Initiate and manage bookings with freight forwarders.
- Oversee balance payments for wholesale orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding specific customer requirements, such as barcoding and packaging.
- Create compelling catalogues to excite our partners for upcoming collections.
- Work closely with suppliers to guarantee timely shipment of partner orders.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Planning team to ensure smooth operations and provide outstanding support to our partners.
- Set up new partners and effectively manage the order requirements of existing partners.
- Handle daily tasks related to key accounts, including quality control administration, sample coordination, and product template creation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proficient in computer applications, especially Excel.
- 1-2 years of experience in wholesale is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are crucial.
- Able to build relationships effortlessly with both internal and external stakeholders, making you a valuable asset to our organization.
