About the Role

We have an incredible opportunity for a Wholesale Supply & Account Coordinator to join our team at The Just Group. As a key player, you will be working closely with the Wholesale Operations Manager to drive the growth and expansion of our wholesale department. Your role will involve executing essential tasks, liaising with suppliers, and building strong relationships with international and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Confirm wholesale orders with suppliers, advising the Wholesale team of any changes
  • Manage the accuracy of orders, ensuring the system and reports reflect customer orders placed
  • Request and prepare information for Smiggle packing lists and invoices for handovers
  • Initiate, approve, and manage bookings with freight forwarders
  • Arrange and approve balance payments of wholesale orders
  • Liaise with suppliers on customer-specific requirements, such as barcode, labeling, and packaging requirements
  • Create captivating catalogs that excite our partners for upcoming seasons
  • Work closely with our supplier base to ensure our partners' orders are shipped on time
  • Collaborate with our Sales and Planning team to ensure seamless operations and provide exceptional support to our valued partners
  • Set up new partners and effectively manage our existing partners' order requirements
  • Responsible for day-to-day execution of tasks related to key accounts, including but not limited to quality control administration, sample coordination, catalog and order form creation, product templates, and other customer product requirements

Requirements

  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in Excel
  • 1-2 years of wholesale experience is preferred, but not essential
  • We value excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive problem-solving approach are essential
  • The ability to build relationships effortlessly with both internal and external stakeholders, making you an invaluable asset to our team
