About the Role
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Wholesale Supply Chain Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Wholesale Operations Manager to enhance the growth and efficiency of our wholesale division. Your responsibilities will encompass executing critical tasks, engaging with suppliers, and nurturing strong relationships with both international and external partners. This position is essential for contributing to our ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities
As the Wholesale Supply Chain Coordinator, your role will include a variety of important tasks:
- Confirming wholesale orders with suppliers and updating the Wholesale team on any modifications
- Ensuring the accuracy of orders and that the system reflects customer orders accurately
- Preparing and requesting information for packing lists and invoices
- Managing bookings with freight forwarders
- Coordinating balance payments for wholesale orders
- Collaborating with suppliers on specific customer requirements, including labeling and packaging
- Creating engaging catalogues to excite our partners for upcoming seasons
- Working closely with suppliers to ensure timely shipment of partner orders
- Teaming up with Sales and Planning to ensure smooth operations and provide exceptional support
- Setting up new partners and managing existing partners' order needs
- Handling day-to-day tasks related to key accounts, including quality control, sample coordination, and product templates
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficient in computer applications, especially Excel
- 1-2 years of experience in wholesale is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Able to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders effectively
