Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Management Specialist to support one of our multi-year high-profile programs. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and develop your project management experience while working alongside a collaborative and tight-knit project team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contract and resourcing registers, reporting variances to senior stakeholders, and providing monthly staffing updates. Additionally, they will maintain document management systems, including templates, review procedures, deliverable quality audits, and registers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, work in a fast-paced environment, and build strong professional relationships
  • Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or in an administrative role, ideally within the IT sector
  • General understanding of project coordination with some exposure to technical aspects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Proactive approach to work, with strong organizational and communication skills
