Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to manage day-to-day client relationships, respond to queries in a timely manner, and deliver accurate program solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing submissions, policy wordings, proposals, and reports for insurance placements across multiple lines.
  • Coordinating with placement specialists, structuring, and advisory teams to deliver program solutions.
  • Tracking project timelines and deliverables, ensuring stakeholders remain aligned throughout the process.
  • Conducting research and analysis to support program design, market strategies, and strategic recommendations.
  • Managing placement processes, including direct oversight of smaller placements and coordination with internal and international specialists to meet client requirements.
  • Leading complex projects, engaging experts, and managing end-to-end project execution.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in insurance placement, program management, or client advisory roles.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate stakeholders and manage complex projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of risk transfer, market strategies, and insurance structures.
