Job Summary

We are seeking a Digital Transformation Lead to drive the successful implementation of statewide digital initiatives.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of digital systems and their impact on patient safety and quality standards. The successful candidate will work closely with clinical teams to ensure the smooth adoption and integration of digital systems across our health service.

The Darling Downs Health region is a large geographic area covering approximately 90,000 square kilometres across Southeast Queensland, delivering frontline health services across 30 facilities and caring for nearly 300,000 people.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing continuous service improvement through robust risk assessments, data analysis, and development of quality systems. You will also provide expert coordination during digital system downtimes to ensure operational continuity and patient safety.
