The Role + You

As Chief Digital and Information Officer at Darling Downs Health, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming healthcare across our region. From strategy to execution, you'll lead digital innovation and business intelligence that drives better, safer, and more connected care for over 300,000 people. This is your chance to deliver impact at scale, influence systems-level change, and leave a meaningful legacy.

You're a strategic leader who thrives in complex, evolving environments. You care deeply about using data and technology to improve health outcomes and performance. You bring experience, empathy and curiosity—partnering with clinicians, executives and government to deliver smart, sustainable solutions. You value integrity, collaboration and equity, and you're energised by the opportunity to serve regional communities and shape the future of care.

To succeed, you'll need:

  • Extensive experience leading digital portfolios or complex programs
  • Strong strategic capability and executive leadership success
  • Expert knowledge of ICT, business intelligence and analytics
  • A relevant graduate qualification or equivalent experience

You'll stand out with leadership experience in rural or complex health settings and/or postgraduate qualifications in digital health, informatics or leadership.
