What your day will look like....
In this dynamic role, you'll lead initiatives that shape the future of healthcare in our region. Collaborating with a diverse team, you will strategise and implement digital solutions that empower healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care. Engaging with stakeholders at all levels, you'll foster a culture of collaboration and support, guiding your team through change management processes. Your day will be filled with mentoring colleagues, reviewing clinical protocols, and ensuring that our digital transformation aligns with best practices. You'll leave each day knowing you are making a difference in the lives of both patients and the dedicated workforce at Darling Downs Health.
