To be successful in this role, you'll need evidence of a Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent, as well as completion of a formal apprenticeship within Australia. You should also have a genuine passion for baking, a customer-first mentality, and a love of teamwork and eagerness to grow and support others.

As a Bakery Specialist, you can expect to earn an estimated salary of AU$65,000 - AU$85,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
