Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated maintenance technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks, including repairs and upkeep of buildings and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas and perform necessary maintenance to ensure facilities remain in functioning condition.
  • Complete daily, weekly, or monthly checklists of pre-scheduled building and equipment maintenance procedures.
  • Repair various fixtures and hardware, such as doors, windows, minor appliances, and office equipment.
  • Report any major maintenance needs and recommend corrective action as appropriate.
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
  • Previous maintenance experience is preferred.
  • Ability to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
