We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Business Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping our Trade SMR channel. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain customer profit models, providing in-depth analysis and commentary to inform business decisions.
  • Identify areas of opportunity to drive channel business performance, leveraging data and market insights to inform strategic initiatives.
  • Quantify, manage, and measure target areas of the business to support forecast and stretch targeting, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure reporting strategy and quality is robust and gives a consistent view, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Provide expert analysis and commentary on reporting, including exception reporting as required, to aid management understanding of channel performance.
  • Support the head of Channel in launching campaigns, actions, and initiatives in line with the business strategy, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Significant experience in commercial finance, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improvement.
  • Expertise in analyzing sales and margin trends, with the ability to provide actionable commentary and insights.
  • Experience working across multiple business areas, with a strong understanding of product categorization and pricing liaison.
  • Ability to evaluate customer margin and deliver improvement recommendations, driving business growth and profitability.
