Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Estimator to join our team at Level Group ANZ, a leading provider of commercial, residential, and industrial plumbing services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately estimate the costs and resources required for plumbing projects, including interpreting project plans and specifications, conducting take-offs, obtaining quotes from suppliers and subcontractors, and preparing detailed cost estimates.
  • Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to understand the scope of work and project requirements.
  • Conduct material take-offs and accurately estimate the quantities of plumbing materials required.
  • Obtain quotes from suppliers and subcontractors for materials and services, and analyze and evaluate quotes to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, and subcontractor costs, and coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Track project costs and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Plumbing Estimator in a commercial, residential, or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and materials, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
  • Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications, and proficiency in using estimating software and tools.
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
