Homebuyer Journey Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled coordinator to guide homebuyers through their journey, ensuring seamless transitions and exceptional customer experiences.

This permanent opportunity offers flexible working arrangements across Melbourne and Geelong regions.

In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating and optimizing homebuyer customization processes in collaboration with design and construction teams.

You will work closely with project directors and construction teams during the build process, providing critical support and escalation services as needed.

Prior experience in people management, coaching, supporting, and mentoring is preferred.

Strong communication and presentation skills, combined with proficiency in MS Office Suite and current driver's license, are highly valued.
