About The Role
We're seeking a Trade Qualified Painter with experience managing multiple sites in the Townsville region. This is a dynamic, "off-the-tools" leadership position reporting to our Branch Manager, where approximately 80% of your time will involve site visits and project coordination, with the remaining 20% spent in the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple concurrent commercial repaint projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timeliness
  • Plan and allocate resources including labour, subcontractors, and materials
  • Monitor project progress and control costs to meet budgets and deadlines
  • Maintain compliance with WHS standards and company policies
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Supervise and mentor on-site teams, promoting safety and quality
