Establish a highly effective English faculty as the Head Teacher English of a new high school opening in 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the culture, programs and future success of the school community.

  • You will lead and manage a team of innovative educators cultivating a collaborative and high-performing environment to drive excellence in teaching and learning.
  • The successful applicant will have:
  • Demonstrated expertise in teaching with capacity to initiate improvement in teaching, learning and classroom practice.
  • Knowledge of curriculum, assessment and student welfare with ability to lead and design quality, inclusive teaching and learning programs.
  • Educational leadership skills to build the capacity and manage the performance of individuals and teams.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with capacity to build relationships and engage students, staff and parents.

The school will cater for approximately 120 Year 7 students in 2026 growing to 300 students by 2027 eventually reaching a capacity of 2000 students. The school will have close links with partner schools including Box Hill Public School and Rouse Hill Public School.
