English Department Head Position

The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture, programs, and future success of our school as it opens in 2026.

  • They will be responsible for establishing and leading an innovative English faculty to drive excellence in teaching and learning.
  • They must develop and maintain high-quality faculty systems and processes that foster evidence-based pedagogy.
  • The appointed candidate will build and maintain a positive faculty and school culture, engaging effectively with the local community.

Key Qualifications:

  • A successful teaching background with capacity to initiate improvement in teaching, learning, and classroom practice.
  • Knowledge of curriculum, assessment, and student welfare with ability to lead and design quality, inclusive teaching and learning programs.
  • Educational leadership skills to build capacity and manage performance of individuals and teams.
