We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior leader to drive the development of our English curriculum and faculty.

**Job Summary**

  • Achieve high-quality teaching and learning outcomes through effective curriculum planning, implementation, and assessment across Years 7-12.
  • Collaborate with the school executive to develop and implement strategic plans that support student achievement and teacher growth.
  • Lead a large and dynamic faculty of teachers, providing coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to enhance their practice.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Develop and lead the implementation of the new English curriculum, ensuring a strong focus on student-centered learning and academic rigor.
  2. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging data-informed decision-making and evidence-based practices within the faculty.
