Key Business Operations Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations with a key focus on bookkeeping and accounting. They will work closely with the organisation's contacts to provide accurate financial reporting, manage cash efficiently, and identify opportunities to improve resources.
- Participating in budget planning, managing creditor & debtors, and providing financial reports;
- Working with accounting contacts, developing and executing a comprehensive management program, and ensuring best quality products and customer service;
- Identifying areas of improvement for organisational resources, supporting recruitment, development, and engagement of staff, and payroll and leave management;
- Supporting ad-hoc business requirements as necessary.
This role is suitable for an individual who displays initiative, possesses excellent organisational skills, and has strong experience with bookkeeping and basic accounting. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, and previous experience with MYOB and Salesforce is highly desirable.
