The role of the Engineering Services Manager is pivotal in driving operational excellence within our organization. This position leads the delivery of Engineering Services, ensuring uniforms are correctly specified and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality engineering services efficiently, minimizing costs and optimizing product design, development, testing, and issue resolution timelines.
  • Own and manage the Contract Engineering Management Plan, ensuring adherence to industry standards and contractual requirements.
  • Establish and maintain systems, processes, and structures to deliver all engineering activities aligned with project milestones.
  • Lead and manage technical teams, including performance management, team development, engagement reviews, and succession planning.
  • Set and maintain quality assurance and control strategies and policies across all products.
  • Ensure all uniform products meet or exceed relevant industry standards, regulations, and customer expectations.
  • Perform periodic risk assessments, promoting a proactive risk mitigation culture.
  • Represent the organization on the Configuration Control Board (CCB) and manage technical change approvals and minor change authorizations.
  • Oversee supplier relationships to ensure technical readiness for production execution.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant clauses of industry standards and maintain organizational process leadership.
  • Present performance reporting internally and externally in line with contractual KPIs.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for Engineering Services, collaborating across functions to drive operational excellence.
