Job Description:

The Training Services Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs to support the organization's business objectives. This role will involve working closely with subject matter experts to design, develop, and deliver training solutions that meet the needs of customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Needs Analysis: Conduct training needs assessments through interviews, surveys, and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Work with SMEs to identify learning objectives and content requirements.
  • Design, Development & Delivery: Create instructional materials including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, blended learning, job aids, and assessments.
  • Evaluation & Improvement: Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve training programs based on learner feedback and performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., education, instructional design, or a related field).

• Proven experience in training development and delivery.

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

• Excellent communication and project management skills.
