About This Role:
">We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Client Portfolio Manager.
">Job Summary:

- Manage client portfolios, including account opening, day-to-day administration, and maintenance.">
- Assist in servicing client accounts by researching problems, identifying errors, and initiating corrections.">
- Prepare information for Investment Advisers prior to meetings and follow up post-meeting.">
Key Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Provide exceptional customer service skills, responding to incoming calls and messages.">
- Liaise with clients, Advisers, and other internal departments.">
- Manage client files, update documentation, and maintain records.">
- Assist in preparing investment proposals and review documents.">
Requirements:
">- ">
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within Wealth Management or proven aptitude to learn new skills.">
- Anti-Money Laundering / Know Your Client experience an advantage.">
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to influence, and Microsoft Office skills.">
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance focus.">
- Pragmatic and flexible with ability to multi-task effectively.">
Qualifications:

- Degree qualified in Finance or related disciplines desirable.">
- RG146 accreditation or equivalent (or willingness to quickly work towards obtaining this qualification).">
