About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Social Media Manager to join our team. As a key member of our social media department, you will be responsible for creating and executing engaging social media campaigns that drive results.

Your primary goal will be to develop and implement social media strategies that align with our brand's overall marketing objectives. This will involve working closely with our creative team to conceptualize and produce high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.

In addition to your creative skills, you will also need to have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing the performance of our social media campaigns, identifying areas for improvement, and making data-driven decisions to optimize our content and advertising efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with our brand's overall marketing objectives
  • Conceptualize and produce high-quality content that resonates with our target audience
  • Track and analyze the performance of our social media campaigns
  • Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize our content and advertising efforts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing social media campaigns that drive results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
