Job Description

We are looking for a bright, organised Administration Assistant to support our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing job scheduling and updating job information
  • Preparing invoices and sending quotes to customers
  • Coordinating supplies and assisting with stock control
  • Providing front-line customer service via phone and email
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in administration or office support and solid computer skills
  • Excellent customer service and time-management abilities
  • The right to work in Australia and a valid driver's licence
