Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an exceptional leader to fill the position of Senior Business Developer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and ensuring operational efficiency.

  • Motivate and ensure a safe working environment for all team members by adhering to strict health and safety standards.
  • Ensure all work is done efficiently and qualitatively in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Apply Lean principles to drive continuous improvements within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a clear vision for short- and medium-term goals based on a deep understanding of the external environment and company strengths.
  • Create actionable business plans with measurable targets to implement defined strategies.
  • Ensure resource allocation meets targets and budgets at all times.
  • Produce regular, accurate reports to inform management of performance and improve business results.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the Heavy Lift Industry with a proven track record of success.
  • Knowledge of technical solutions such as SPMT and Gantry systems.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant Bachelor degree.
