We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our Consumer Business team as a Membership Acquisition and Retention Officer. This role will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving queries, and promoting our membership products.

You will work closely with our Membership Sales Officers to drive daily sales and renewal targets through inbound and outbound calls, while identifying opportunities to create lasting connections with our members. A competitive salary of around $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, is on offer for this full-time position, which includes match days, Club events, and additional events.
