We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our team at a leading hospitality group in Brisbane. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for running a section in our fast-paced and dynamic kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a section in the kitchen, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to develop and implement menu changes and restaurant specials.
  • Contribute to the development and training of the kitchen team, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Assist with prep sheets, stock control, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
