We are seeking a highly skilled Ethics Lead Auditor to join our team of professionals.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about ethics and compliance. As an Ethics Lead Auditor, you will be responsible for leading audits and assessments across various industries, ensuring that clients meet their obligations and maintain high standards of integrity.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead audit teams in conducting thorough and unbiased assessments of client systems and processes.
- Develop and implement effective audit plans, ensuring that all necessary stakeholders are engaged throughout the process.
- Collate and analyze data, identifying areas of non-compliance and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate findings and results to clients, facilitating corrective actions and monitoring progress.
- Maintain and develop expertise in relevant audit methodologies and industry-specific regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and continuous improvement.
- Tertiary education in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Approved Lead Auditor certification and CSCA accreditation.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a business environment, preferably in auditing or compliance.
- Proficiency in English language and excellent communication skills.
