The Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance on audit matters.
  • Audit Oversight: Lead and manage end-to-end audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Quality Control & Risk Management: Ensure all audits meet the highest professional and ethical standards.
  • Team Leadership: Develop and mentor audit professionals, promoting excellence and collaboration within the team.
  • Business Development: Identify growth opportunities and contribute to firm-wide strategic initiatives.
Requirements
  • Professional Qualifications: CA or CPA qualification is essential.
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years in audit and assurance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and compliance across the mid-market sector.
  • Leadership & Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to lead teams, develop business, and drive operational efficiency.
