Change Communications Professional

As a Change Communications Advisor, you will be responsible for planning and executing clear, timely, and effective change communications to facilitate transition and implementation programs.

Deliver specific change communication packages to manage the needs of a portfolio of stakeholder organisations. Support the Change Communication Lead with the coordination and delivery of internal communication and the execution of the staff survey program.

  • Take communications messaging and direction from management, Customer Experience Division, and Public Affairs Manager.
  • Maintain close relationships with other Change Communication Advisors and Training team to align staff awareness and education campaigns.
  • Ensure key messages and approaches are reflected in change communications programs.

You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, developing communication plans/content and leading the execution of corporate change communication plans within a customer-focused environment.

About You
  • Tertiary qualifications or demonstrated relevant experience in Change Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a similar discipline.
  • Experience dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced and politically sensitive environment.
  • A self-starter who can operate with autonomy in determining day-to-day work priorities.

The ideal candidate will be able to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, engage in project planning, and develop change communications methods and practices.
