
Customer Experience Lead

As a Customer Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our customer service team. This involves delivering exceptional experiences for our network and retail customers across Australia.
Key responsibilities include ensuring we meet or exceed the agreed Service Level Agreements of the business. Additionally, leveraging technology, you will develop customer service KPIs to optimize productivity and deliver best-in-class customer service.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to drive accountability and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Managing both store and non-store stocktakes is also essential in meeting internal and external requirements.
Previous experience managing within a call centre environment, leadership skills, and problem-solving abilities are highly valued in this role.
