Solution Design and Implementation Specialist
This position offers an exciting opportunity to join our Canberra team providing solution design, configuration, installation, technical support, training and testing.
- Manage software installation, configuration and support in the customer's environments for use in tests, training, exercises and actual operations.
- Set up and test integrations between software products and coalition systems, sensors, effectors and communication systems.
- Design, implement and support technical solutions to meet customer needs.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Develop and deliver technical training of customer administrators and users.
- Provide level 1 and 2 support to customers on software products, installation, integration with other software and equipment, and to end-users.
Our ideal candidate will possess a degree in Computer Science or Engineering and have experience in software development and IT infrastructure.
- Knowledge of administration and operation of military command information systems and tactical radio devices.
- Experience with deploying software applications into cloud-based and on-premises environments.
- Understanding of database management systems and XMPP chat.
- Hold a Defence NV1 security clearance.
