Overview

We're seeking a System Solution Designer with deep expertise in automation, containerization, and secure infrastructure to join a high-performing team delivering mission-critical solutions.

About the Role

As a System Designer, you'll apply agile methodologies to develop a Defensive Cyber Operations Suite, working within a complex environment. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, produce technical documentation, and ensure compliance with ICT and cybersecurity frameworks.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop cyber capabilities using agile practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver against demanding schedules
  • Produce and review technical documentation: SOP, HLD, DLD, SAD, SOD
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Operate within ICT and cybersecurity governance frameworks
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Linux OS automation and administration
  • Cybersecurity and IT infrastructure knowledge
  • Windows OS automation using PowerShell
  • Experience in air-gapped environments
  • Networking: routing, switching, firewalls
  • Familiarity with cyber operations and toolsets
  • Prior experience with Australian Government agencies
Security Requirements
  • Must be an Australian Citizen
  • Ability to obtain NV2 Security Clearance
