Job Overview

This role involves managing financial transactions, including processing invoices, handling payments and reconciling accounts.

Your Responsibilities

  • Process supplier invoices in a timely manner.
  • Manage accounts receivable by issuing invoices and following up on outstanding payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit cards and accounts regularly to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain up-to-date financial records in the accounting system.
  • Provide financial insights and reporting to management as needed.
  • Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and process improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in accounts payable/receivable or a similar finance role.
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to build good relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
