The OpportunityAs our Client Services Manager, you'll be a vital member of our team, ensuring smooth and professional service delivery alongside our advisers. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, with exceptional attention to detail skills and the ability to co-ordinate many moving parts.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of client services team
- Build and manage strong relationships with clients
- Coordinate client onboarding, annual reviews, and service schedules
- Manage end to end implementation of SOA/ROAs
- Liaise with advisers and paraplanners to support advice delivery
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and licensee standards
- Handle client queries with professional, solutions focused approach
- Maintain accurate client records and manage workflow systems
A minimum of 3 years' experience in financial planning plus proficiency in XPlan financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite is a must.
