Business Administrator Trainee Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Business Administrator Trainee. This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in business administration and sales support.

As a Business Administrator Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting the team by writing, formatting and sending client proposals, and assisting with our proposal system. You will work closely with different teams across the business and receive training on using artificial intelligence tools to speed up your writing and improve the quality of your work.

You will also complete a nationally recognised qualification as part of this role. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, organised, and keen to learn, with strong written and spoken English skills and an eye for detail.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Writing and sending client proposals that clearly explain our services
  • Working with templates and improving the way we present information
  • Managing and updating our proposal system
  • Using HubSpot to connect proposals with our sales pipeline
  • Tailoring proposals to suit each client, working closely with our Sales Director
  • Using AI tools to improve your writing and efficiency
  • Supporting the Sales and Revenue Operations team with general admin tasks
