Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate and timely company secretarial documentation.
  • Maintain procedures to ensure efficiency and data integrity.
  • Prepare ASIC forms and supporting documentation.
  • Manage Members' and Unitholders' registers and board minutes.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Prior experience in Corporate Secretarial role, ideally within a professional services firm.
  • Experience with BGL CAS 360 software.
