We are seeking highly skilled Occupational Therapists to join our team at D&A Services, LLC. as Community Care Specialists. As an Occupational Therapist with our company, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including elderly, NDIS, and paediatric patients, in their own homes, schools, or childcare centers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services to clients in their own homes, schools, or childcare centers.
- Assess and treat a varied caseload of clients, including elderly, NDIS, and paediatric patients.
- Conduct functional assessments, equipment prescriptions, and home modifications to support clients' independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary clinical team to provide comprehensive care to clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) degree.
- National Police Clearance.
- Designated consultant support throughout the recruitment process.
- Preparation advice on resume, cover letter, and interview success.
- Specific information regarding the role provided before application.
- Exceptional service and quick progression through the recruitment process.
- Feedback requested and provided at all stages.
- Continued communication and support after employment has commenced.
